Returns

If you need to cancel an order, or if you are unhappy with any of my products after receiving them, I'm more than happy to provide you with a full refund.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me within 3 hours of purchasing.

If you wish to request a refund:

• You have 14 days to request a refund after receiving your order.

In order to provide a full refund please:

• Email returns@lauralonsdaledesigns.com and provide me with the reason for your refund and your order number.
• Ship items back to me within 3 days of requesting a refund (details of where to return the order to will be provided).
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• After receiving the items back your refund will be processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.
